We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect to lead our frontend engineering efforts.

This individual will be responsible for driving technical direction, mentoring a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.

  • Lead a team of frontend developers and define frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.

Key responsibilities include hands-on development, architecting and building responsive web and mobile applications, and demonstrating expertise in a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks.

This person will also establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, monitor application performance, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.

Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams, and communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience, proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, strong command over React and React Native, and working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic.

Additional requirements include experience with state management tools, familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git, and understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and team collaboration abilities are essential for this role.
