Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Leadership: Support profit and loss oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across departments, building trust and influence among senior leaders to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Leverage technology-driven initiatives to enhance agility and scalability.
  • Change Management: Implement processes and systems that align with the organization's vision, driving digital transformation and cultural integration.
  • Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Cultural Integration: Act as a cultural integrator, navigating nuances across teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Proven ability to lead teams or drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with a proven track record of adapting to and driving technology-enabled change.
  • Strong influencing skills without authority and ability to build trust among senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate complex corporate environments and adapt quickly.
