We are seeking a skilled Hydraulics Design Specialist to work on the development and implementation of hydraulic systems for large mining products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hose/tube design and mounting bracket creation using Creo software.
  • Hydraulic component placement, routing, and system integration.
  • Schematic interpretation and troubleshooting.
  • Prototype and pilot build support, as well as on-machine testing.
  • Validation of hydraulic components and performance of design calculations.
  • Bolted joint analysis and FEA (Creo Simulate or equivalent).
  • Application of APQP, GD&T, and BOM management principles.
  • Collaboration with global teams and suppliers, supporting new product introduction and aftermarket services.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience in hydraulics system design.
  • Proficiency in Creo and understanding of hydraulic schematics.
  • Knowledge of material properties, hose fittings, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
