The Girls Hostel is a residential facility for female students, offering a safe and supportive living environment. The Assistant/Associate Director in Residential Services plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and discipline of resident students.
Key Responsibilities:- To be the principal authority in all matters relating to resident students’ welfare, discipline and administration and security of the Girls hostel.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive living environment.
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and support for residents.
- To provide guidance and support to resident students on academic, personal and social issues.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology or sociology.
- At least 5 years of experience in residential services or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
