Requirements:- 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
- Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, from use case discovery to production rollout, across business functions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
- Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.
- Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
- Familiarity with development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker).
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience in building/working with generative AI products.
