Our company seeks a seasoned electrical engineer to fill this key position. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, strong knowledge of control systems and safety compliance, as well as excellent leadership skills.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in electrical design for industrial automation, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in risk assessment and machine safety, as well as experience working with B&R I/O systems and possibly Siemens PLCs.

This position involves leading the design, selection, and sizing of motors, drives, and motion systems for semiconductor capital equipment, contributing to risk assessments per SEMI S14, EN ISO 13849, and SIL/PL standards, and designing AC/DC power distribution systems compliant with NFPA 79, SEMI S22, and relevant UL standards.

The successful candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams to capture and clarify technical requirements, load/motion integration for new and existing projects, take ownership of assigned projects, and mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 5-8 years of experience in electrical design for industrial automation, and proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as strong knowledge of PLM systems.

Preferred skills include basic PLC programming knowledge, field commissioning and customer support experience, and experience with B&R and Siemens PLCs.
