Patent Drafting and Prosecution Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our patent team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and excellent technical writing skills.

About the Position:
  • Draft and prosecute patent applications for both India and the USA related to chemistry and allied fields.
  • Conduct thorough research using paid patent databases.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understand their inventions, and provide expert advice on intellectual property matters.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Patent drafting and Patent Prosecution (USPTO).
  • A Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field is essential.
  • Registered Indian patent agent preferred.
  • Superb English written and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
