Patent Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to lead our patent prosecution team and handle related matters seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent law and experience working with in-house IPR departments or patent law firms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patent filings, drafting, prosecution, and maintenance
  • Maintain patent portfolio and collaborate with R&D teams for IP strategies
  • Provide IP clearances to R&D/commercial/non-commercial teams
  • Conduct patent literature searches and analyze claims for freedom-to-operate, infringement, validity, and prior art studies
  • Draft and file patent applications in various jurisdictions
  • Review examination reports and prepare responses
  • Support IP due diligence efforts for product licensing opportunities
  • Handle pre-grant/post-grant patent opposition and litigation in various jurisdictions
  • Interact with external attorneys for patent filings, drafting, and maintenance
  • Respond to stakeholders on patent-related queries
  • Review biological drug products/process and identify potential launch timelines
