Job Description

As a strategic and analytical professional, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts. Your expertise in Wholesale sales and technology will enable you to initiate and manage ERP system enhancements, including the gathering of requirements, testing and implementation of simple solutions to complex problems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business processes and technical requirements. Your ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, will be essential in creating business process documents, technical specifications, and training documents for both technical and non-technical teams.

In this role, you will lead QA efforts by designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements. Your hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations will be invaluable in ensuring seamless system operations.

We are looking for an individual who can work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to other team members. You will take ownership of your own development, proactively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness.
