Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented dentist to oversee the production of high-quality dental prostheses.

This role involves technical expertise, training of technicians, quality control, and coordination with international clients to meet global standards and client requirements.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, fabricate, and finish dental prostheses.
  • Providing technical guidance and training to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency.
  • Conducting quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.
  • Liaising with international clients to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assisting in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.
  • Documenting and maintaining detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement.
  • Implementing new standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics.
  • Minimum 0–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in dental prosthetics.
  • Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with international clients professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
