Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Prosthodontist to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory's Boisar location. This is a full-time role, and the selected candidate will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional prosthodontic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in crown and bridge procedures, dental impressions, as well as removable prosthodontics. The role requires expertise in digital dentistry and implantology, along with effective laboratory communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in performing crown and bridge work, ensuring patient aesthetics and proper dental function.
- Strong knowledge of taking precise dental impressions to aid in the creation of accurate dental prosthetics.
- Proficiency in removable prosthodontics including dentures and partials with a focus on fit and comfort.
- Experience in digital dentistry processes including CAD/CAM technology for the development of restorations.
- Skilled in implantology for placing and restoring dental implants for improved patient outcomes.
- Advanced laboratory communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and collaborate with technicians.
- Adept at utilizing a variety of restorative systems such as PFM, All-Ceramic, and Temporaries to meet diverse patient needs.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships based on transparent communication and constructive feedback with patients and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform detailed examinations and assessments to develop tailored prosthodontic treatment plans for patients.
- Create high-quality dental prosthetics using state-of-the-art techniques and restorative materials.
- Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure accuracy in the design and fit of dental devices and restorations.
- Utilize digital tools and technology to assist in the planning and execution of prosthodontic treatments.
- Maintain clear communication with patients to educate and guide them through their treatment process.
- Review and interpret diagnostic imaging and dental impressions to achieve precise prosthetic outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in prosthodontics to continually enhance service quality.
- Provide follow-up care and make necessary adjustments to prosthetics ensuring patient satisfaction and comfort.
