Job Description:

Liferay Developer is required to lead the development of Liferay Portal, utilizing their skills in software engineering and architecture. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying Liferay applications that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Liferay DXP solutions using Java and relevant frameworks
  • Design and implement efficient data models and database schema for large-scale Liferay projects
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Liferay portal with other systems and technologies
  • Collaborate with QA team to identify and fix bugs in the Liferay application
  • Stay up-to-date with latest Liferay features and release new versions of the product
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Liferay 7.x / Liferay DXP
  • Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, and JavaScript
  • Experience with OSGI standards and JSR 168/286
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control systems like SVN or Git
  • Good understanding of web portal technology and UI frameworks like React
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
