Braze Developer Job Opportunity

Implementing customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform requires a skilled professional with expertise in personalization and message delivery.

This role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver messaging experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using data-driven approaches.
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation to create targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows, driving business growth.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security, upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, empowering them to leverage the platform effectively.
  • Assist with other Braze-related projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in analytics and problem-solving.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with the Braze platform, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web), ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment), enabling efficient data management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
