Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team and contribute to landmark infrastructure projects across India. Transforming complex designs into precise, actionable plans is what drives us at our organization. We're looking for a detail-oriented and talented professional to assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform Vision into Reality: Translate conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into meticulous, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Apply your in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant, safe, and of the highest standard.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our team of architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive and flawless architectural design.
  • Drive Project Efficiency: Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: An Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
