Job Title: Data Quality Engineering Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Quality Engineering Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our training datasets.
- Achieve high levels of data quality through automation, enabling efficient and effective model training.
- Collaborate with annotation teams to drive scalable, high-quality data workflows that meet business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing evaluation frameworks to measure consistency and alignment of data with business requirements.
- Implementing proxy fine-tuning and reward modeling experiments to validate data quality.
- Automating pipelines that ensure reliability, safety, and relevance of training datasets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) training and evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- The ability to analyze complex data diagnostics and provide actionable insights.
- A consultative mindset, comfortable working at the intersection of research and business objectives.
