Performance Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement. You will work closely with our development teams to understand application changes and implement performance-related fixes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing performance tests to evaluate system scalability and reliability
  • Creating performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts to identify potential issues
  • Collaborating with development teams to understand application changes and implement performance-related fixes
  • Providing input on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards

Requirements include:

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance testing or related field
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Loadrunner, Neoload)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
