Job Summary

  • The Director of Engineering will be the owner of all initiatives to develop scale and technology, execute an aggressive roadmap, institute the best engineering practices, and deliver innovative products.
  • The role involves setting the technical direction for the team, driving the evolution of the system architecture, and making appropriate technology choices in terms of the latest technology.
  • Must be aware of cloud technologies and be able to architect a cloud adoption strategy wherever required.
  • Should have hands-on technology expertise.
  • Drive design, development, code reviews, and architectural discussions for new solutions.
  • Experiment with new and relevant technologies and tools.
  • Primary owner of the architecture and will be responsible for scalability, performance, and quality of products.
