**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Scheduling**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
**Budget Management**: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are achieved. Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Resource Coordination**: Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure efficient project execution. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure necessary resources.
**Quality Assurance**: Oversee the quality of installation and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly.
**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.
**Risk Management**:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that arise to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in landscape irrigation or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems, landscape design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
