Overview

We are seeking an accomplished hardware development specialist to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative hardware solutions to meet complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hardware requirement specifications and interface specifications for software applications.
  • Design and propose cutting-edge hardware ideas to solve intricate design problems.
  • Take ownership of conceptual studies, designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting feasibility prototypes.
  • Contribute to component selections, circuit designs, simulations, BOM management, PCB design reviews, and preparation of hardware detailed design documents.
  • Collaborate in the integration of various hardware sub-systems into mechanical assembly, including cables and connectors.
  • Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and participate in DFMEA processes.
  • Design qualification, prepare test plans, and perform hands-on testing at circuit level/module level/product level to evaluate circuit and system performance.
  • Plan and perform pre-compliance testing for EMI/EMC and safety tests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in working with hardware designs.
