This technically skilled AI Manager will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment to architectural design. They will also be responsible for translating blueprints into executable components, prototypes, and production-ready services.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day execution of AI projects, leading AI developers, and collaborating with data scientists, BAs, and MLOps engineers to build end-to-end AI workflows. Additionally, they will supervise the development of GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

They will also oversee the integration of AI services with business systems and ensure model outputs are usable, interpretable, and reliable. Furthermore, they will track project KPIs, technical progress, and resource allocation, and escalate risks and blockers as needed.

Key qualifications include 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, with 2–3 years in team leadership roles. Experience delivering projects using GenAI, LLMs, or Transformer models is also required. Solid understanding of prompt engineering, APIs, data preprocessing, and model integration is necessary. Hands-on coding proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.) is required.

Exposure to vector databases and RAG architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval is beneficial. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are also essential. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or related technical field is necessary.
