Job Overview:

This role entails comprehensive systems life cycle management activities, including analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications.

  • Participates in component and data architecture design to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts systems analysis and design to drive application development.
  • Designs and develops complex applications using full-stack development skills.
  • Produces integration builds and performs maintenance and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Relevant years of experience: 7-10 years (Middle Tier - Senior/Leads).

Primary Skills:

  • Experience with Agile Development and C# .Net (Min. 5 years).
  • Full-stack development skills.
  • Architecture and design expertise with a proven track record of creating large-scale software products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Secondary Skills:

  • Leadership skills including big picture thinking and talent management.
