Backend Development Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Development Instructor to join our team. As a Backend Development Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching backend technologies and guiding students in their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach courses on Node.js, Express.js, Databases, APIs, and the MERN stack to support academic and project-based learning.
  • Design, review, and refine curriculum and learning materials to reflect real-world practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to students during labs and projects, helping them debug, optimize, and scale applications.
  • Mentor students on backend best practices, coding standards, and industry career paths.
  • Stay updated with backend technologies and bring industry insights into the classroom.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development (preferably MERN stack).
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Passion for knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and guiding students.
