Job Title: Expert Front End Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in front end engineering to lead the development of user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, UI/UX sensibility, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable front-end architecture using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices.
  • Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web components.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficial.
  • Troubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues.
  • Contribute to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with cross-browser development and progressive enhancement.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles.
  • Solid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulation.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
