We are currently seeking a skilled E-commerce Front-End Developer to join our team.

This role involves developing and maintaining the client-side of our e-commerce platform using Shopify and JavaScript.

  • Developing and customizing Shopify themes using DOM manipulation, asynchronous JavaScript, complex CSS, liquid, and meta fields.
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing them for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and applying them to development.

Requirements:

  • Shopify experience
  • DOM manipulation
  • CSS expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Git
  • Liquid framework (A must)
  • Asynchronous JavaScript knowledge and experience
  • graphQL
  • React js

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Git and Github.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify including Liquid syntax, Shopify Objects, customizer, meta fields, and the Shopify admin panel.
  • Experience working with JavaScript and related libraries, such as jQuery and Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of DOM manipulation and advanced CSS selectors.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and media queries.

About this opportunity:

  • This is a full-time remote position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.
