Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Curation Specialist. The successful candidate will possess expertise in AI-assisted curation, API scrapping, and data modeling.

This role requires a strong understanding of multi-omics data types, including transcriptomics, proteomics, and various single-cell omics technologies. Familiarity with programming languages like Python is essential.

  • Identify and curate biological datasets from various sources using APIs and AI tools.
  • Automate curation of large interaction datasets to decrease curator workload.
  • Build fit-for-purpose conceptual and logical data models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or Bioinformatics.
  • Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases for data curation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent data curation and management skills.
Benefits

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using generative AI platforms and tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar. A good understanding of clinical data exchange standards (OMOP, FHIR, HL7) is also desirable.
