Role Overview:

Navitas Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Business Partner - Regulatory Operations to manage and oversee daily operations, planning, and quality compliance in regulatory submission and publishing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations using project management and planning tools

- Create and maintain detailed project timelines and delivery plans

- Ensure adherence to internal/customer processes and quality standards

- Plan and allocate resources for regulatory submissions and activities

- Engage with project team leads to monitor delivery, resolve issues, and evaluate effectiveness

- Draft, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and workflows related to regulatory operations

- Lead and coordinate responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs as required

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in Regulatory Operations

- In-depth expertise in both Publishing and Submission processes

- Strong understanding of regulatory information management systems and tools

- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills

- Degree in Life Sciences or related field
