Job Title: Unity Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Unity developer to join our team as a core gameplay and real-time multiplayer systems designer and implementer. This role involves working on high-scale, session-based strategy experiences in Unity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# systems design, with experience in shipping multiplayer features or titles using Unity. They should also be proficient in one or more networking stacks (Unity Netcode, Mirror, Photon, Fish-Networking) and transport trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement core gameplay and real-time multiplayer systems in Unity that scale to thousands of concurrent players across regions and devices.
  2. Work closely with design, art, and backend teams to ensure seamless collaboration and ownership.
Requirements
  • 3+ years professional Unity development experience with shipped multiplayer features or titles.
  • Strong C# systems design skills, including pragmatic use of patterns and profiling.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more networking stacks and transport trade-offs.
  • Candidate must be comfortable collaborating across teams and have crisp communication and ownership skills.
