Elevate Your Career as a Team Manager

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a group of team members. This includes work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.
You will regularly provide coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery monthly. Your key responsibilities will include identifying performance-related issues, developing an action plan for improvement, and implementing corrective action.
Additionally, you will ensure that service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and financial expectations. You will communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
Conducting regular meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information, scheduling, and organizing team activities are also essential aspects of this role.
