Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our internal team, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our automation specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end workflow automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guide and mentor interns in setting up workflow automation systems using no-code tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using these tools.
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and others via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact – providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make. Experience managing CRM systems is also essential, as well as a background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for coordinating interns and client expectations.

Bonus qualifications include knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript), as well as comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines is also highly valued.
