Job Description:

TIGI HR is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales representative with a focus on dermatology to join our team as a Regional Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of dermatology, skincare, and cosmeceutical products, as well as strong understanding of the medical sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Effectively promote and detail dermatological products to dermatologists, skincare professionals, and other healthcare practitioners.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the dermatology sector, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for dermatological products within the assigned geographical area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with a focus on dermatology products in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of dermatology, skincare, and cosmeceutical products.
  • Strong understanding of the medical sales process and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
