Job Title: AI Model Builder

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI Model Builder to design, build, and deploy ML models that drive business-critical solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing machine learning algorithms that meet our high standards for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models for regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning tasks.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and training workflows using Python.
  • Deploy models to production using containerization tools like Docker, orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and cloud platforms AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain, and maintain production-ready systems with robust APIs.
  • Develop APIs and integrate ML solutions with enterprise applications.
  • Stay updated on ML/AI trends and contribute innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align with business goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ML engineering or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java, Scala, or R is a plus.
  • Expertise with popular ML libraries and frameworks including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
  • Experience with ML deployment on cloud platforms SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI, TensorFlow Serving, and TorchServe.
  • Familiarity with databases SQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, as well as version control using Git.
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
