We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as an Inbound Sales Intern.

About the Role

This role plays a crucial part in helping us achieve our goal of converting inbound leads into paid bookings for premium experiences.

  • You will be responsible for acknowledging new leads quickly via direct message, WhatsApp or call and logging them in our CRM system.
  • Discovery: You will ask basic questions to understand customer needs and shortlist 2-3 matching experiences.
  • Follow-ups: You will send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links, and gentle reminders to customers.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: You will keep stages updated and ensure every lead has a clear next action and timestamp.
  • Post-Booking Assist: You will share confirmations, answer FAQs, collect feedback, and testimonials.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge new leads promptly via direct message, WhatsApp or call and record them in our CRM system.
  • Discovery: Ask basic questions to comprehend customer requirements and narrow down 2-3 suitable options.
  • Follow-ups: Send concise WhatsApp updates, payment details, and friendly reminders to clients.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Keep records up-to-date and ensure each lead has a defined next step and timeline.
  • Post-Booking Support: Share confirmation messages, provide answers to frequently asked questions, gather feedback, and testimonials.
What You Will Learn

  • CRM best practices and simple funnel metrics (lead to conversion).
  • Effective objection handling without defaulting to discounts.
  • Crafting clear and friendly WhatsApp/script responses.
Requirements
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Friendly phone/WhatsApp demeanor; efficient typing and well-formatted messages.
  • Basic proficiency with Google Sheets; comfortable with checklists and templates.
  • High level of ownership and reliability.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Prior customer contact experience or tele-sales background.
  • Familiarity with Instagram/Meta lead forms or WhatsApp Business.

  • Response Time: ≤ 5 minutes during working hours.
  • Follow-up Discipline: 100% leads must have a next step.
  • Conversion Support: Meet weekly won-deals target set by manager.
