Are you looking for a challenging role that involves developing AI-based software applications from scratch? We are seeking a skilled Backend AI Developer to contribute to the architecture and support the initial launch of our product. Job Overview:

We are an early-stage company building an AI-based operating system for modern B2B marketing teams. Our team is highly motivated, agile, and passionate about innovation. We help CMOs and their teams scale campaigns, programs, and experiments faster by acting as an agentic co-pilot across the marketing org — from product and content marketing to demand gen and partner teams.

Our team seeks a skilled Backend AI Developer with a strong foundation in Python and hands-on experience in backend frameworks—Django REST Framework (preferred), along with FastAPI or Flask. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the architecture and supporting the initial launch of our product. They will work closely with our development team to build scalable and efficient software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users
  • Contributing to the architecture and supporting the initial launch of our product
  • Building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating
  • Building AI agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar
  • Experience working with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Working with MySQL databases like PostgreSQL or similar. NoSQL database like MongoDB or similar
  • Applying machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Working with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Python and Django rest framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating
  • Experience building AI agents and using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar
  • Experience with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Experience working with MySQL databases like PostgreSQL or similar. NoSQL database like MongoDB or similar
  • Potential experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Experience working with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Good English communication skills to work in an international environment
