About Our Team

We're seeking a skilled Creative Branding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing branding strategies that bring brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive branding & packaging designs, including logos, typography, visual identity systems, packaging layouts, and mockups.
  • Design illustrations and creative assets that enhance brand storytelling and reinforce brand identity.
  • Develop social media creatives and campaigns that complement brand positioning and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visuals align with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, packaging innovations, and digital-first branding styles to maintain our competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong portfolio in branding and packaging design showcasing your expertise and creativity.
  • 1-2 years of experience in design with a focus on branding and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working with illustration software and creating engaging visual content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to leverage its tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their application in elevating design solutions.
  • Solid understanding of visual communication principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs and develop strategic design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

This is a full-time office role based in Bengaluru, India. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
