Job Title: Junior Creative Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Creative Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading digital advertising agencies, global brands, and contribute to award-winning campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all creative produced for one or more brands, ensuring that all creative meets the standards set by the agency and the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish
  • Have in-depth knowledge of product data and claims, as well as those of the competition
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining productivity
  • Estimate creative hours accurately
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Attend market research sessions as needed
  • Contribute to shaping strategic branding with the planning team
  • Oversee workload to maximize creative team productivity, ensuring everyone is busy and billable
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the creative team's performance
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrate understanding and appreciation of clients' products and marketing challenges, responding to their strategic and creative needs
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of agency experience
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and excellent presentation skills
