Job Title: Field Sales Consultant
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with contractors to identify potential candidates for training and development.
- Profile and assess contractors to determine their suitability for adoption by consumers.
- Track and promote business engagement with Asian Paints contractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor queries, training, site evaluation, and technical assistance.
- Report to the Focus Product Supervisor and Retail Supervisor in the region.
Required Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Age less than 25 years.
- 50% or higher marks in education (10th, 12th, UG & PG).
- Cleared backlogs (if any) within course duration.
- No year gaps in education.
Benefits:
- Gross salary: 19,520 (Non-metro) and 23,200 (Metro) + allowances and incentives.
- Compulsory bike.
