We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across product, technology, content, and partnerships.

The project manager will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, timelines, and execution while keeping our gaming-first vision at the center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Planning and Execution: Lead multiple teams (community, content & BD) to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Define Goals and Timelines: Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear goals, timelines, and milestones.
  • Track Progress and Resolve Issues: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Ensure Smooth Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Maintain Documentation: Document project scope, updates, and status reports.
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning and Retrospectives: Organize sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as required.
  • Balance Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Align with Business Strategy: Ensure project outcomes align with KGeN's broader business and gaming strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4-7 Years of Experience: Proven track record in project management (experience in gaming, media, or tech industries is a strong plus).
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar).
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Gaming Industry Knowledge: Passion for gaming and awareness of industry trends will be an advantage.
