Senior Solutions Consultant Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing D365 CE modules and Power Platform solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configuration: Translate business requirements into functional/technical configurations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvement and functional analysis to enhance solution efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with onshore teams for alignment and solution signoffs, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Automation: Enable intelligent automation using Copilot, AI Builder & Power Automate, streamlining processes and reducing manual efforts.
  • Solution Support: Provide support during QA, UAT, release planning, and post-deployment activities, ensuring smooth solution delivery.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in D365/Power Platform: Minimum 5+ years of experience in functional and technical roles, with expertise in model-driven apps, canvas apps, Dataverse, Power Automate.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ALM, governance, security roles, integration (APIs/Azure), and bonus skills in Azure, SharePoint, Teams, JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON.
  • Global Team Experience: Experience working with global/distributed teams, possessing strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong Documentation: Ability to create clear, concise documentation, and deliver ownership of solutions.
  • Preferred Certifications: PL-200 | MB-210 | PL-600 | AI-900 (optional but desirable).
