**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biosurgery Territory Development Manager to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, you will be responsible for selling biosurgery products within a designated territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell biosurgery products to hospitals and healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales in routine situations, with guidance when handling more complex deals.
- Participate in trade displays and conferences as required.
Territory Management:
- Develop an understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Active presence in specialty procedures of strategic importance.
- Effectively drive marketing campaigns in close coordination with larger sales teams.
- Identify tender contract opportunities and work with colleagues to deliver.
Customer In-service Education and Training:
- Work with managers to identify customer in-service needs to support customer-delivered healthcare services and use of products efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of customers.
- Coordinate and deliver in-service education sessions with assistance.
- Advise marketing on customer in-service education resource needs.
Product Market Knowledge:
- Develop an understanding and continually enhance personal knowledge of product features, benefits, correct product application and usage, and anatomy, physiology, and medical procedure knowledge through practical experience, training programs, and learning from key end-users.
- Demonstrate application and usage of products and differentiate them from competitor products.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree preferred in sciences.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in healthcare required.
- Experience in managing HCP KOLs, working with larger teams, and sales experience in adjunctive hemostats preferred.
- Proficient in local language and English.
