Vodafone Idea Limited is a leading Indian telecom service provider, jointly owned by the Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone. As a Territory Sales Manager (D2C) - Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through distribution in your designated territory.

The primary focus will be on achieving market leadership by increasing gross numbers and revenues. To accomplish this, you will establish a strong distribution footprint, deliver sales targets for all products, and execute the distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales: Deliver sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy
  • Revenue: Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products
  • Distribution expansion and extraction: Increase the number of outlets in existing and new geographies

You will work closely with the team to ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms, execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility, and monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.

A successful candidate should possess good communication skills, sales planning and forecasting experience, knowledge of products and services, technology, and consumer behavior. The role demands analytical thinking, decision-making, and delivering results.
