Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Engineering team. This role is based in Mumbai.

This position requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the business and the nuances of each specialty.
  • Understanding the dynamics of the market and their implications on specialties.
  • Optimizing digital platforms and systems for business benefit.
  • Building consolidated views using disparate data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Institutionalize business knowledge through knowledge management principles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience in BI and reporting, including Enterprise-wide reporting systems and dashboard development.
  • 2-3 years of team management experience handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts.
Technical Skills:
  • Data Engineering and transformation skills using SQL or Oracle.
  • Data Visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Databricks on Azure and AWS.
