Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dashboards and automated reports to track campaign metrics such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, audience demographics, and ROI.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data - insights - recommendations).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics is beneficial).
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple information sources.
