We are seeking a seasoned Alliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in co-selling and demand generation strategies, as well as exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners, driving co-selling opportunities and accelerating demand generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and Maintain Partner Relationships: Foster enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Execute Partner Programs: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Engage with the Partner Ecosystem: Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Monitor Program Performance: Analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Knowledge: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills are essential. The ability to strategically plan, manage projects, and make data-driven decisions is also critical.
  • Outcome-Oriented Mindset: An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset is required. You should be a problem-solver who takes complete responsibility for your work and its outcomes, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
