We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to spearhead our music label operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of our music label, ensuring smooth execution across marketing campaigns, artist management, music distribution, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artist Management & Development
    • Manage relationships with artists signed under our label.
    • Support artists with career growth, branding, and promotion strategies.
    • Oversee contracts, negotiations, and artist deliverables.
  • Marketing & Promotion
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns for new music releases.
    • Drive visibility across digital platforms, social media, and offline promotions.
    • Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners for outreach.
  • Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
    • Identify and secure brand tie-ups, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
    • Build strong networks with potential brand partners, streaming platforms, and event organizers.
    • Pitch collaboration opportunities that align with both artist image and brand values.
  • Operations & Distribution
    • Coordinate with digital distributors and streaming platforms for releases.
    • Ensure timely release planning, scheduling, and catalog management.
    • Track performance metrics (streams, views, engagement) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strategy & Growth
    • Develop long-term strategies to strengthen our position in the independent and mainstream music space.
    • Research industry trends and recommend new opportunities in music, collaborations, and artist partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Music Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in the music, entertainment, or media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of music marketing, digital platforms, and brand tie-ups.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business strategy.
  • Passion for music and entertainment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
