Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior developers to foster growth and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Advanced Java knowledge, including Spring, JPA, and RESTful APIs.
  • Expertise in React, React Router, and Redux.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
