**About this opportunity**:
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short
- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

**This Position is Open for PAN India**

**What You Will Do**:

- Engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand their technology strategy and identify key challenges.
- Analyze customers' technology and business environments along with their non-functional requirements.
- Identify customers' improvement areas and challenges related to both technology and business.
- Collaborate with the Core 3 team to develop a list of potential activities and solutions.
- Develop and present technical presentations to customers.
- Support deployment of solution.
- Performs integration and migration work in accordance with process framework and contractual obligations.
- Performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalations where needed to ensure quality of delivery.
- Provide feedback to R&D team.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.

- Market insights and understanding of market trends.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ericsson's portfolio.

- Experience in technical sales support.

**Join our Team**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering etc.
- 10-15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably within the telecom sector.
- Knowledge of hardware architecture, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Expertise in RAN network integration.
- Knowledge of Microwave, Router integration is an advantage.
- Experience with Ericsson’s product portfolio and solutions is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as per requirement.

**Technical Skills**:

- Good understanding of Radio Architecture, LTE, 5G SA & NSA/ENDC, 2G/3G system and related Product Knowledge.
- Well versed with Antenna Systems, cables, Diversity gain, VSWR, PIM, Multi Antenna Systems (MIMO).
- Understanding of Protocols towards Core networks as well as RAN Performance/Counters.
- Should know Transport connectivity options L2/L3, VLAN segregation and connectivity towards Core network.
- ENM/OSS Connectivity, O&M, FM, PM, Enrolment of BB to ENM etc.
- Working experience/knowledge for security aspects, TLS, IPSec etc.
- Hands on knowledge for system login, MoShell, MO structure, fault handling, Shell scripting, etc.
- Knowledge of VM, cloud Infra, Open RAN is an advantage.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Relevant Technical Certifications RAN area.
