Senior Visual Storyteller

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with strong storytelling and visual communication abilities, who can grow into a Creative Director role by leading innovative ad creatives, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, product explainers, social campaigns, and branded content.
  • Design motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that elevate the narrative.
  • Integrate AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design, and video production.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to analyze video results and iterate creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, editing styles, and platform requirements (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor (agency/startup experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong sense of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI image generation: Gemini, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Recraft, Creatify, DALL·E 3, and AI video generation: Veo 3, Runway, OpenAI Sora, Creatify.
  • Experience editing for ads and social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing psychology and consumer engagement.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality edits, AI-assisted creative work, and campaigns.
