Production Issue Manager

We are looking for a skilled Production Issue Manager to join our team. As the link between Support, Engineering and Infrastructure teams, you will play a crucial role in enabling a better experience for our customers by organizing and driving the investigation of production issues in our application.

This is an engineering position focused on improving product quality, requiring extreme customer empathy and a passion for delivering timely information about product issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate production issues raised by customers, Support and Engineering to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate issue resolution and analysis.
  • Develop and track problem tickets in Jira to ensure efficient issue management.
  • Create incident analysis reports with support from Engineering teams.
  • Analyze log files using Datadog to identify potential issues.
  • Debug basic REST API calls for investigations.
  • Execute SQL database queries to provide more information for investigations.
  • Contribute to creating and updating knowledge base articles in Confluence.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Datadog, SQL and REST API.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
