Job Title: Solution Architect - DevOps

The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and identity management with strong architecture and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Design and Implementation: Design, integrate, and manage SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible).
  • Standardize and Optimize CI/CD Pipelines: Support multiple applications and teams.
  • Platform Availability and Performance: Build and maintain a highly available platform, ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours.
  • Implement Robust Monitoring and Performance Optimization Frameworks: Ensure efficient system performance.
  • Disaster Recovery and Backup: Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO.
  • Automate Backup and Restoration Processes: Ensure 100% data recovery.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines.
  • Enforce Data Encryption Standards: Data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management.
  • Ensure Compliance with Corporate and Industry Security Standards: Maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Identity and Access Management: Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
  • Manage Secure Authentication and Authorization: Developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship: DevOps and platform engineers.
