Job Opportunity: Enterprise Solutions ExpertAbout the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing full life cycle solutions across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM 365. Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant is required, along with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016/2015.

A strong understanding of MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules is necessary. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate with development teams, provide business users' needs, and help resolve queries related to requirements.

Key responsibilities include documenting business requirements, reviewing them with business and technology teams, and obtaining customer acceptance. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to address user questions and concerns.

Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Agile or Waterfall approaches, depending on business requirements. They will work closely with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios.

Mandatory skills include SSRS reporting services experience and configuration knowledge. Good-to-have skills include knowledge and understanding of Customer Engagement, including Field Services and Project Service Automation.

Bonus skills include basic knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI, as well as a good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.
